Training Plan

A personally tailored, dynamic training program renewed on a monthly basis.

Training plans are distributed in 1-2 week blocks and structured specifically for you based on various factors that include results from prior workouts, race schedule, resting heart rate, injury status and work and personal commitments.

Workout plans will include:

  • Detailed description of each workout, its purpose and goals.

  • Periodization of training intensities based on a customized race schedule

  • Specific heart rate or power based training zones (provided you have a heart rate monitor or Power meter which are strongly encouraged.)

  • Distance, time and intensity to be covered in the workout.

  • Monthly testing and analysis to asses fitness gains, or weak areas.

  • Ongoing adjustments of workouts as needed based on injury, training stress scores or personal schedule changes.

  • Unlimited communication during the month via your preferred platform for training plan adjustments and issues that come up.

  • If requested, a detailed strength training program with all elements prescribed worked into your periodization plan

  • Advice and recommendations on equipment choice and race day setup

  • Comprehensive Race Plan including:

    • Course Analysis

    • Estimated times

    • Power/Pace recommendations

    • Potential AG competition based on previous year
